which is the best between online shopping and offline shopping?

Personally I like to do my shopping online now days and I think it's because of the nature of my job because it is too demanding and I have less time to go to the supermarket or mall to do the shopping . Also online shopping products are affordable and you get a lot of offers and gifts. Which one is the best for you please share with us

I order online the items that are not available in my place.
On the other side, I love window shopping and seeing the items in person.
