A Little Online Window Shopping.

I meant to post again earlier, but that obviously never happened. Anyways, it's lengthy, you've been warned lol. So I've been doing a little window shopping online, and I actually added two things to my cart on Walmart's website (for home delivery, not store pickup). Here's what I've added so far: - A jean jacket. I went a size up since I can't exactly try it on, plus I don't like my jackets small on me (even if it's the style, but I don't think it needs to be with this jacket). I want to wash it and then put a few pins on it. :) - A 20oz Apple Pumpkin candle. I have one of those small ones for $0.94, but it doesn't give off a huge scent because of its size. I really do like the scent though, and if I'm going to be inside (for the most part) for the foreseeable future, I want to light a nice candle. It literally smells like fall, like it just reminds you of fall, so it's perfect. Plus at 20oz, I should still have a some left for the actual fall season. - I've been going back on this one, but burgundy hair dye. I know how to go back to brown when I'm ready (and I can order the stuff online), it's just going to raise the price of my order. But it's also the Revlon one for $2.62 ($2.92 with tax), so it only raises the price by a few dollars, so I may just throw it in my cart. I'm also trying to wait and see if this feeling of wanting to go back to burgundy passes. It hasn't passed yet, but we'll see how I'm feeling when I'm ready to place the order. It's not going to be free shipping, but I don't feel like adding a bunch of stuff to my cart just to get free shipping. I'd be spending more than necessary for 2-3 things. I can cash out two $5 Walmart gift cards on Shopkick (for some reason, they don't offer a $10 one). I'm thinking of waiting until I get another $5 one so I can have $15 instead of $10, but we'll see. I'm also trying to at least get a $5 Walmart gift card on InstaGC, but it's taking forever (but in all fairness, I haven't been as active on there as of late). Most of the other survey sites offer a cash payment (InstaGC does, but I need to cash out a certain amount in gift cards first), and that's going to my self-employment taxes. Even if the pandemic slows down before I can place my order (which I doubt will happen, but humor me for a minute), I think I'm still going to place an online order. It'll be a nice visual goal, and a reminder that if I procrastinate, I can't get what I want. Sure I can go to the store and look at the stuff, but it's better to pull up my cart and think "I need to get on the ball so I can place this order," because my gift cards aren't gonna cover all of it. On another note, I don't even know if that candle is available in stores anymore. I assume they'd only have spring/summer candles, and I really want the Apple Pumpkin one. Sooo, we'll see what the next few weeks bring. I'm not in a huge rush to place the order, but it would be nice to get the jacket before it's too hot to wear it on walks. Anywho, I'm watching Halloween 5 and finishing up my work. I may be back to make one more post, but I don't know yet. You all have a good night/day and take care.
