Can not sleep

It is almost 4:30 in the morning and I have been awake from 3, so I got up and made coffee and here I am having my cup with an oatmeal cookie, I take the opportunity to respond to notifications while, What's new, colleagues? how has your day been?

Waking up at 4:30am also happens to me sometimes. It is difficult to go back to sleep at that hour so it is just best to have coffee and prepare breakfast for my children.
