He isn't doing anything at all.
He cannot even start a press conference on time.
He was advised to take steps and take action as early as January but because he bows down to his Chinese benefactors, he didn't lift a finger. No concrete action plan from him and his Cabinet. He asked for emergency powers and it was granted to him. A week after, he has nothing to show. Before asking for emergency powers, he gave the responsibility to the LGUs. When the LGUs showed that they can do a better job than the national government, he ordered the performing LGUs to 'stand down'.
He deserves the criticisms given to him because he isn't doing anything at all and he has done nothing so far.

True.. No matter how good a person is, there will be that somebody who doesnt like him and criticized him not knowing the situation and truth
