This looks very good. In England there is a similar thing which is a long pork pie with boiled eggs in the centre. Ours is usually encased in pastry and is served cold. It's sometimes known as a Gala Pie. We also have individual boiled eggs wrapped in sausage meat (again, usually pork), rolled in flour, egg and breadcrumbs and deep fried until cooked. These we call Scotch Eggs. Most people would eat these cold, too.
I have never made either of these, though I buy Scotch Eggs quite often, The Gala Pie is something one might make for a large picnic or a party. It's not really an 'everyday' food.
We grew up eating luminous pink gala pie with green egg. We loved it at the time, but this is the gourmet version from two Northerners made good, with dinky little quail’s eggs down the middle. Great served with salad, pickles and a bit of mustard.

@Nicolla Gala Pie is very much the same as your Beef Loaf except that you use pork and bacon rather than beef and wrap it in pastry. The pastry keeps the meat moister and, of course, makes it go further (serve more people). There's no reason why you shouldn't serve it hot with a sauce, of course.

That looks very good well done. You have a talent. Unfortunately I do not eat egg but I know many do. Did you put herbs in it?
