This is a railroad track for the light rail in San Jose. This location is on Blossom Hill Road near the water district bjildings. You can see this area on the Guadalupetr ail. As you can see, there are mountains in the distsnce. Mount Umunhum is visible here. It is a very famous .mountain. The area is sacred to native peoples. It is open to the public. The area used to be used by the mi!itary.

Yes, although Mount Umunhum doesn't have that many visitors. And people don't normally stand at that spot near the tracks.
