These Are Thoughts That Just Passed Through My Mind

We drove by Walmart today to see how it looked with people shopping in a new way there. People were going in ... it seemed the line was moving well. I looked inside as I drove by the door. I don't believe it will be bad to shop like that. I don't believe people will be hoarding like before with everyone watching. What an interesting way to shop. I wonder how it works when one needs to go back just to the pharmacy to pick up medicine? I have to go pick up Skip's medicine on Monday. I also, wonder if one can simply pick up only a few things if they aren't shopping for groceries ... how easy will it be to get them and get out of there? I will find out on Monday for sure. I will also, pick up Camie's shampoo ... and go by the convenience center. That will be the last of going out for some time to come. I am thinking aloud here ... these are thoughts that just passed through my mind.

When some money comes in for me I will be seeing what I can order online. The supermarket here is too far from me and I always order groceries online I just don't know how it will work now

I have not seen any lines at CVS and Walgreens stores, so I wonder if that is a better place to pick up some basic snacks and supplies for the home? I have one prescription to pick up at our Publix grocery store pharmacy, but I'm wondering if I should ask my doctor to switch my pharmacy to the Walgreens right across the street from the Publix. It looks to me like it will be much less of a hassle to go there instead of Publix.

An employee of Walmart said the line wouldn't be outside ... everybody is inside 6 ft apart. Our pharmacy is in Walmart, also. We stopped at a Dollar General and I bought canned food there. I found tissue there, also. Very few people in there.

@GrannyGee I don't know it it's the same at all the Dollar Generals in my city, but the one closest to my house always has a long line outside the door.

@moffittjc Oh my ... I haven't seen that here ... only at the warehouse stores like Costco. We go to Sam's and have never seen a line thankfully. I hope not to go back out after Monday for some time. If I could share what I had that you needed I would do so gladly.

We do not need anything so I will not be going to Walmart for awhile.

When I read the reports on the news today about the restrictions of shopping at Wal Mart, it made me think that I can only hope that this Coronavirus pandemic leaves quickly.
