Are you a BIG eater nowadays ?

Hi everyone! How are you?
I got to admit it, I am eating a lot these days than I ever used to. And since I don't go out for my morning walk anymore I am putting on weight faster than ever
So tomorrow is the day. I will be controlling my diet. So no snacks in between. I will see I how many days I can keep it up !
How are your days ever since the lockdown ?
Is your diet same has before or have you turned into a big eater like me ? Hehe.

I am yelling at everyone to stay out of the kitchen
. I am managing the food, so we are actually eating in smaller portions . . . just because we should (not just for our health, but to conserve food and not be wasteful as admittedly we had been). Less snacking, eating better in smaller portions . . . I think we are actually healthier here

@KityCat Stress eating? I used to do it all the time - I know the feeling. But now I feel like we really need to keep up our health . . . this virus could attack anyone - so I feel like we have a better chance if we can stay healthy as much as possible. If you're going to eat, eat the healthy snacks - not the junky ones!

I have been eating less, in fact. Now that I´m alone, sometimes I´m too lazy to make a very good dinner.

Yes I need to lessen my food intake since I can`t go out for a walk but I do dancing exercise which helps me maintain my body weight

Well a few days, I had a bit too much.
But now, I am trying not to eat too much.
And had sone physical movement of late.
Keeping weight in check is very much important.

I always have been, but with nothing to do all day I pretty much just eat. Which is probably not a good thing because, besides the risk of heart disease (though I’m not at a point where I need to be extremely concerned) I need to make sure I still have food for later. But food makes me feel better as well as a cure for boredom.

My daughter has decided she wants to do most of the cooking. That's the only reason I'm eating these days.

It is very very hard. I am not on a diet. I learned a new way to eat and live. I miss my walks too but I am still exercising and not eating in between meals and having the same breakfast but maybe eating a little more at lunch. I do not eat dinner. I know I do not want to ever be the fat person I was so have to make sure I eat fine.

If anything I am eating less. But that is normal as it warms up.
