Tofu Burger Helper!

Oh my goodness a Dinner post before actually having the dinner?! Woah!
So we are having something that we have had before but for some reason my mom has no memory of it.
We are having hamburger helper, but instead of hamburger, we are using tofu!
Last time we had this meal we had soft tofu so it was easier to crumble up to put i with the noodles. This time we have firm tofu so there is a bit more we have to do but I am sure it is going to be just fine.
Last time we had tofu in the hamburger helper it was actually pretty good. Though I still prefer turkey burger, it is my favorite burger to have in hamburger helper! Chicken burger is okay and actual hamburger helper...oh man we haven't actually had hamburger in hamburger helper in a long time, how funny is that!
So hopefully it turns out good tonight as well. No matter what the noodles will be good, so at least there is that!

I never thought of using tofu in a hamburger helper recipe. Please tell us how it turns out..if it is good, I might try that myself.

We also like tofu but only the fried which is crispy and with a sweet and sour dip.

@DesirousDreamer we have a niece who is also fond of tofu and she has many recipe for it.

We always cook it. We sometimes make little steaks of it in the air fryer and it is crisp. Other times we put it in stir fry and it is soft.
