How are you all doing? 
I woke up good with a very nice weather here 
Oh well I`m thinking of having macaroni soup for lunch. What do you think? Do you love macaroni soup? 
I love it 
I`m thinking to mix it with brocolli vegetable and some seasoning and milk to make it realy tasty and creamy
I hope you`ll share it with me here

Hmm, well I don't make macaroni soup per se.
depending on the soup, I will make macaroni and cheese with it. Like with hamburger soup, I'll make macaroni and cheese separately, put it in the bottom of my bowl and then scoop soup over it.

@m_audrey6788 It is something that my grandmother did, and I loved it so I copied it. I only do this with hamburger soup and occasionally with beef stew.
It goes very well with hamburger soup, but then there is a lot of starch in that meal with the potatoes and with the macaroni.

You can try it. Just buy some noodles, onions, broccolli, carrots and if you want some meat like chicken. just boiled the noodle first then the vegetables together

i know filipinos like sopas (macaroni soup) when it's raining, but i'm not really into it. i prefer batchoy.

I used to make my version of macaroni soup when the kids lived home. It was hamburger, tomatoes, onions, and macaroni mixed together. I would fry the burger, put it in the pot, add the other ingredients except for the macaroni, and cook it up for a while. I added the macaroni and simered it until it was tender. I had boys to feed and it filled them up after a couple of bowlsful.

@m_audrey6788 The same to you. It is very good and very filling. Make sure there is enough liquid to cook the macaroni. You don't need to drain it or anything. Adjust it to what you think your family will eat.

I love it, it's one of those foods that's quick to prepare if you want something fast. We Filipinos simply call it sopas.
