Okay, it seems I have a cotton ear buds addiction? / myLot

Every day at some point I get the uncontrolable urge to clean my ear with the cotton buds The sensation of the bud in my ears is almost orgasmic?? I think I'm losing my mind, I act like a dog who's back ear is being scratched I've been doing this for some time now and I have learned to balance the intensity of my hand as I clean my ears with the buds, because earlier I used to go overboard and actually hurt the insides of my ears What are your opinions on this? Am I crazy?Tell me I'm not alone in this:")

I guess so, but I don't wanna hurt my ears one day, it's one of my fears to be honest: Losing my hearing

@jasmineyo I was told by my ear, nose and throat doctor not to clean out my ears because I do more damage to it than good. He cleans them out every 3 or 4 months.
