Since the implementation of the lockdown/enhanced community quarantine, people are only permitted to go out to buy essentials in limited number and shall bring the pass when going out.
During these times, vendors are also creative to fetch sales. Some set up a rolling store bringing closer their merchandise/goods to the village people without the needs of the buyer to go on supermarkets and exposing themselves of the risk to catch up the virus. Few peddles house to house in the likes of fish and other seafoods, as well as fruits and vegetable.
I've got a chance to buy a milkfish from a person selling in our area. There were another fish variety but only the milkfish interest me.
I cook the fish by just boiling it with vinegar, water, spices and condiments to taste. This will be our lunch for today. I left some slices for frying later.

@ZedSmart If someone is caught with no mask, he has to pay a fine.

@marguicha I think it's the same here. You're not also permitted to come inside the shops.

One neighbor here is fond of that which they call Paksiw. What I want is the Pinangat which is a small fish like Tawilis that is cooked only in water, camias and tomatoes.
