Headache day

Some up with a headache. Took the Tylenol and had a bowl of cereal. It didn't help. Headache kept getting worse. We had a really powerful thunderstorm come through this afternoon. My headache lightened up a bit. I'm just glad in didn't go to a full migraine status. I just wish it would completely go away. Now the storm is gone, I'm going to fill that tub up with hot lavender water :)

Actually, the hot weather could induce headaches. I often take strong coffee to relieve headaches and lots of water.
