State Bank of India warns against scamsters

While the world is fighting against covid19 and are indoors scared of it. The scamsters are busy devising plans to siphon off money from the accounts. Warning to that effect has been given by State Bank of India to their customers and highlighted one such scheme of the scamsters which might have come to light. The scheme is
The bank has recently announced a moratorium on payment of loans for 3 months. Taking advantage of the scheme the scamsters can pose as a bank staff, to convince the person concerned. They may share a few details of his account and then convince him to share an OTP and use it to Syphon off all his money.
Such incidents have happened in past. By their innovative methods,the scamsters have succeeded in convincing not only ordinary person on the road but even highly qualified individual of their being bank staff.
Please beware of these scamsters and protected your money during this difficult situation.

Yes, there are bad guys who are out to exploit the systems.
So one needs to be careful and avoid getting scammed.
