A Pain in the Neck Litterally

I have Myleopathy, which causes a weakness in my neck and it goes down to my legs, it was something I was diagnosed with a few years ago by a specialist along the Neuromuscular disorder I have. Most of the time my neck doesn't really bother me but today has literally been a pain in the neck. Other than that though, I'm okay, just trying to add to my Camp Nano novel !
