HAPPY SATURDAY MY FRIENDS. This is my 6th day of the week of walking exercise and workout I did at home. Doing workout for 0.65 minutes within the vicinity of our house. Based on my health app monitor I completed 4.50 kilometers for 0.65 minutes going back and forth with hand and walk workout. Here are my workout details: Workout duration: 0.65 minutes Distance: 4.50 kilometers Workout calories: 226 calories Steps: 6,572 steps Average speed: 4.1 km/h Maximum speed: 9.0 km/hAverage pace: 14.26 minutes/km Maximum pace: 6.40 minutes/km Lowest elevation: -147 meters Highest elevation: 155 meters Did you workout today? Yes it will. Actually before lockdown I'm doing it early in the morning along the city streets going to the boulevard.
