Jack fruit is abundant in our country, besides eating the ripe fruit and using it as scent for other sweets we also eat the unripe fruit as vegetables ( it does not have that smell yet), boil the seeds and eat it like nuts. Another interesting thing is Jackfruit wood is sometimes used to make expensive guitars. Glad you enjoyed the smoothie, not everyone likes the smell but I do too.

@Aquitaine24 they say it's a good wood of choice when it comes to acoustics probably because we do not have the other woods used on imported guitars.
