A gift

An online friend that I’ve been talking to decided last night that they would send me a gift to my cash app. Now I didn’t ask for the gift because I don’t ask people I don’t know for anything other then just kind words back and forth.
My online friend sent me $30 which I then transferred to my bank for safe keeping because I don’t have a cash app card nor do I want one. The $30 sent will be spent wisely we haven’t been buying much of anything other then food and other essential some times I get the kids a small treat like shared candy.
Then my friend from time to time I’ll send you a little gift it won’t anything big but it’s for you to use for yourself. I choice not to be selfish and use it on myself and use it for my kids.

Your friend's gesture of sending money to your cash app as a gift was really nice. You also did the right thing by utilising it on your kids instead of using it for yourself. You can also reciprocate and keep the friendship strong.

Yes. I pretty much spend every dime on the kids. The only time I don’t is a gift for my birthday, one gift for Christmas and Mother’s Day. My husband does the work for those gifts I just tell them what it was I wanted.
