we have been given a lot of relief goods here. Not to complain but most of them are sardines. So far i like them cooked with onions and vinegar and soy sauce. I like them also mashed into bits and throw some eggs in their for like sardines egg omelette. Do you have other ways you can prepare these sardines?

it is better than nothing my friend. here, we got nothing at all but i dont mind. what just irritates people is their.claim that they were able to distibute the goods to ALL houses. Which of course was a complete lie.

I like it with noodle. Sardine egg omelette is really nice with the sauce.

@jvincent_129 You cook the noodle and dry it, then you add the sardine sauce onto the noodle. The sardine will come in last.

Sardines are very good for you. Plenty of Vitamin B and Omega 3. If they are fresh, you can coat them in breadcrumbs abd grill them or bake them in the oven with plenty of salt, a drizzle of olive oil and some slices of lemon on top. If they are canned, they are best with a salad or mashed and eaten on bread or toast.

deep fried balls can be tedious. hehehe sorry im lazy. hahaha Pasta sardines is good. How do you cook it?
15 Apr 20
@jvincent_129 Its easy. Just saute garlic, onion, tomatoes then the sardines. Salt and pepper to taste. Throw in the cooked pasta. That's it. You can add olives, peas or whatever other greens you'd like. You may search YouTube too for other sardines recipes.
