Spring roll is one of the Vietnamese dishes loved by international friends. As we know , spring roll now almost available at abroad Vietnamese restaurants. Spring rolls are small but full of nutritional balance: protein, fat, fiber, starch. About the taste ... try it and you'll know! In these social distance days, spring roll is also one of the favorite family dishes because it’s available in all supermarket , quick cooking and delicious !

I actually call them eggs rolls and get at a certain place I go for my birthday with a friend to celebrate both of ours. Not sure we will be able to do it this year. I hope I can go get the egg rolls though.

We often eat spring roll with small rice noodle and vegetable as in the photo and dipping sauce made of garlic, chili, lemon, sugar, and fish sauce.
Or the simplest way you can eat with just chili sauce, sitting in front of the TV screen, it ’also quick and great! kakaka
For kids , they like spring roll dipping in tomato sauce , this is also a most favourite dish for kid 's parties .
