And now I’m too awake

I really wanted to not fall asleep because I slept so long today. I was tired because of it. Now, when it would be a good time to go to bed I’m not tired at all.

I look for really boring stories and videos, it really helps a lot (sometimes it doesn’t though.)

@amitkokiladitya for some reason they usually don’t give me a headache, I normally just fall asleep. If I have to force myself to read then I will probably wind up with one though.

@babytaffster is it because you used to work at night time before?

I feel sleepy during a day more than during evening.

@babytaffster I also don't know the reason. I am prepering a coffee to avoid sleep.

Part of it could be that anything with bright lights, especially the phone that is normally in front of the person, tricks the brain into responding as if it were daylight.

If you have nothing important to do I think it's okay to doze off for a while.

Yes, but too much sleep isn’t good, and that appears to be what I’m getting.

@babytaffster too much anything isn't good. We just need to keep our bodies active even though we're locked inside our house

Nobody need to go work these days so you can stay up as long as you want
