One Day At A Time 4/14/2020

It's about mid-way through April and the world seems to see a light at the end of the tunnel. We still have a stay at home order but people do what they need to do. Please don't take that the wrong way. I've already been chewed out once for using that phrase. When I say that we do what we NEED to do, it's not code for partying or just going for a joy ride. I mean that we go out and do what is necessary to live, like grocery shopping. I still sell items on Facebook and Let Go right now because my husband is laid off and we need a little extra money to make it. I'm finding a new routine once again to do online work and get a few household things done. I like to think that we're doing pretty well though. This will be the first day again that I've finished working online and I'm getting the football cards put away. I finished sorting them so now I need to get them put away. My husband is up cutting my grandparents yard. He does better with work to do. What is everyone else up to today? *picture from google

I don't think a joy ride is a bad thing...As long as you don't stop anywhere on the way around...I think it's a good idea to get out and get some fresh air. But I agree......So far me and my family are doing pretty well. Minnesota hasn't really seen the "brunt" of it yet I don't think, nor has the "line" flattened any...

Tennessee isn't bad, when you hit the bigger cities the numbers get higher but where I am it's just normal. I think just about everyone is between a rock and a hard place right now. If you aren't actually effected by the virus, the businesses are and that hurts. I'm hoping for good news soon though. Like the re-opening of businesses.

Things will go better if we all follow the rules, all the time. It is hard, but we have been doing that for quite a while. I sale on facebook also, but haven't done any of that during the social isolation period because it seems to violate those conditions and I would not want to be the one to cause injury to myself, my family, or anyone else.

I think with that you have to make the choice on what you can live with and without. Right now, I need to be able to buy groceries and simple necessities which the little money I make on the sales provide. I don't think I've ever tried to sell things so hard in my life but I am now. Then you have to realize that people aren't buying for the same reason you're selling lol. It's hard for everyone right now.
