Last night was a good ol' comfort food night. I made pork ribs, au gratin potatoes, and crescent rolls.
It was just what we needed after a long ride on the wheeler.
The ribs were 8 (big ones) for $7
The seasoning /sauce etc was about $1
The stuff for the potatoes equaled about $2
Crescent rolls were about $1.50
So for both of us to eat really well was $11.50 or so. Not bad for what we had.
Stay tuned for tonight's food adventure.

The pork ribs and crescent rolls look delicious, but I could have done without the au gratin potatoes. I think au gratin is about the only potato product I don't care for.

@thislittlepennyearns It's the cheese part that's actually the problem. I'm lactose intolerant so cheese doesn't sit well in my stomach.

Nah. Pay attention old man. During the week they are up at grandmas because we work.
We will pick them up Friday. It's been like that since spring break and all this stuff

@JohnRoberts I've mentioned it every week since we started this stupid lock down. And if anyone reads all my posts, it's you.
