i dont know. in never use that. i think doing exercise & sport aree more healthy than instant way

I am not sure that any of these products are good for long term effects. You should try eating healthy and watching your portions. This has been successful for me.

You will succeed if you put your mind to it. Eating the smaller meals and more frequently is good too. I have 5 per day.

Yeah... I tried doing that, but unfortunately I don't have the will power or know-how to make it work. I discussed this diet with my doctor and she said it was a really good one. It's perfectly healthy, balanced, and sized... you eat 6 times a day, so you're never hungry. I'm going to make it work:)
