Please give words of motivation.

I sit here on my bed, as usual,as I do day after day. My room is a mess and there are more dishes that need to be done. I look around in hopes my eyes will clean it for me, but alas they won’t. Maybe if I just sit here and wait. Can anyone suggest something that would help motivate me to do what I’m supposed to do.

Talking on the phone helps too, because it basically distracts you from whatever you are doing.

Try to divide work in small part..then it will be easy.
