Next for eBay...

One of the photos I took of the CBK I am going to put on eBay.

Worked on this auction through lunch (it's nearly two p.m. and time to take Angel for an afternoon walk). I had to keep looking things up and taking new pictures and stuff... Anyway, this was one of my Mom's Cabbage patch dolls. I always thought that the cloth dolls my Mom made (which she called "GU Babies") were way cuter, but of course I'm biased. I am going to be selling this doll with her original outfit (a pair of "footie" pajamas) but currently she is wearing a dress/bloomers/booties my mother made for her, so she'll be wearing that. Slowly, things are coming out of the guest ("catch all") room...

I had one of those but someone threw it away last year because they just assumed I didn’t want it anymore. I wanted to sell it. It turns out in the condition it was if the doll would have sold for $25 if I’m lucky, it would probably have only made about $15, plus I have to pay for shipping, not totally worth it. Still kind of a bummer, but it is what it is.

Yeah, I feel you. Not the same thing, but--I bought a "face mask"--actually two--on Etsy; one for me and one to be donated to an essential worker--and in my opinion the thing wasn't very good quality at all. Just a thin piece of material with holes cut in it for the ears.
