This is super tonight. Polenta from Trader Joe's, tikka masala seasoning, from a packet,with potatoes,carrots,onions s and a bit of Honeybaked ham. This was fried on the stove in olive oil. The salad is romaine lettuce with Newman's Own Italian. I legarrette salad dressing. Quite a good dinner.
