Fake deserts

I am eating way too much junk food, and I can’t seem to stop. But that’s what it’s always like with junk food, our stories are the same. I keep trying to remind myself if I eat it I will wish I hadn’t, especially now that it has gone. Now I don’t have it anymore and then I get another and that is gone quickly as well I decided to order buy some sweets that resembled real desert in hopes they would help trick my brain. They look extremely real, very well made. I plan to pretend I’m eating it, I know that sounds weird, but it does work a little. Sometimes it will be easy to trick my mind but at some point I will remember the real thing and go get it. But it still works pretty well.

So do I, I’ve been eating all day. Both good food and bad. I’m not even hungry and I’m still eating or waiting around for the next thing I’m gonna eat. I have gained 5 pounds this month and that is a lot for less than 3 weeks. I now weigh about 122 or 123, which wouldn’t be such a big deal but I am short, thus making me look fatter.

I really do need to start eating more greens, but I don’t like most of them. I like green beans and peas and some salads though.

You are right that is what happens with junk food. It is a very stressful time. I used to eat out of frustration and stress but since I have been on my own journey to losing weight I do not eat junk food anymore. I have enough to deal with do not want to be that fat person again. Just take care of yourself and your health. Maybe after this is all over with you you may not eat junk food or eat less and less of it.
