We call that " leche flan " in the Philippines, yes we put vanilla flavor also. I could understand how much you are enjoying that, it's really delicious.

@louievill If you are right, I like to do it not with a lot of eggs, I put a teaspoon of corn starch on it to help it curdle and it is very delicious.

don't u have caramel, it looks nice and yummy but in my country serve it with a thin caramel at the bottom
