Do you think that is proper to follow only orders in an office or would you go ahead and do what you fill that is right?

Yes some org. follow authoritarian system so orders are to be obeyed by the employees.... otherwise they will to leave the job...
but not in all organizations.... i am working in an org. where my good and positive suggestions are accepted and considered.....
