The Kamakhya temple or Kamaksha Temple in Guwahati, Assam, many devotees offer puja. The temple is situated on top of a hill. Travellers buy flowers, fruits and offer them to the Idol inside the temple. It is situated in good geographical location and has lovely ambience.

Lovely, One of the the most powerful shaktipeeth in India..People with unfulfilled desires, Childless couples and even people wanting to cure of diseases come to the temple with staunch beliefs that their wishes will be granted. Jai Maa ( hail to mother ) Kaamakhya!
