30 Day Music Challenge: Day 1 (Your Favorite Song)

I've decided to start a 30-Day Song Challenge that I found via Bing search. I have seen several of these going around through the years and thought it would be kind of fun to try it myself. Feel free to comment below with your own answers.

My favorite song has never changed based on how I felt, what was popular, or what was going on in my life at any given time and always had a hard time relating to my peers because of this. The River by Garth Brooks.
Studio versions of Garth Brooks' work are hard to find on YouTube, as his record label always tends to have them removed right away. Here is a video of him performing it live in 2002.
It is probably my favorite song because of the message and the symbolism in the lyrics.
