I am greatly impressed with Legacy Elementary School art teacher Allison Quinlan has done to keep in touch will all of the students that attend the school which is located in Bossier City Louisiana.
Allison wrote 800 handwritten letters to stay in touch with all of the students that attend Legacy as an act of love since schools have been closed since March due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
After Allison finished her work, she placed all of the handwritten letters inside her auto to personally deliver them to the students at the homes of their relatives.
So far seven students have written her back. Allison has found happiness in keeping in touch with the students at Legacy Elementary since she misses them as much as they miss her.
This is one side of teacher student relationships that hardly makes it to the evening news broadcasts.

I have learned that teachers during this pandemic are doing their part to keep in touch with their students during the lockdown.

It is not worth the risk of stepping outside during this pandemic.

It amazes me that an art teacher is devoted to her students by writing them letters to check up on them.

I hope so as well since the bond between teachers and students at a young age is amazing.
