job and responsibility

my office follow government rules and only let us work at office twice in a week.
its good since it more safe this way, apply social distancing in office.
Today i feel so tired, not because my job. but because face some officemate that asking more help to them without knowing that their responsibility.
not because i dont want to help them doing their job, but i just dont like their reason to no done their job. "tomorrow i can not do it cos my team wfh" and then blame the manager because of the schedule .
i politely reply saying that wfh didnt means you cannot get to office for a while to finish it. or you can finish today even you work overtime.
i always think that we have to fullfill our reponsibility and we will get satisfied, that why office paid us for.
so many people outside didnt get paid or get fired because of this pandemic. i just think we should gratefull with what we get and do our best

I agree. They should know their responsibilities and be thankful that they still have a job.

@cherriefic yes it is. today my region also apply the restricition to enter my region from outside.

You did your job correctly. Each member must do their own work, don't accept others work.
