More milk used...

I had a large box of jello pudding mix in the cupboard, so I took it down and used up some more of the milk. I was able to finish one half gallon between using a few cups in the pudding, then pouring myself a glass of milk from the rest.
I put a couple of Fun Size bags of M&M's in the pudding, which is why there are streaks of color in it. This will be dessert in the evening for a few days anyway. 
Do you ever accidentally buy to much of something and have to find creative ways to use it?

Well, right now I have ten pounds of potatoes and I'm not sure I can use them up before they start to rot. I offered half to my son and daughter in law but they already had their potatoes. So yeh I may have to get creative. Potato salad would be good, actually. Enjoy the pudding! Haven't had that in a long time.
