Pineapple upside down cake!

Yay, I think I made a successful Pineapple upside down cake for tomorrow. My husband had a birthday tomorrow so he picked out for me to make a this cake for him. It’s his favorite and almost every time I mess up. This time I think I got it down right. I wish the top got a little browner but of course it’s on the bottom so it’s a bit hard. So hopefully if as yummy as it looks.

I have always loved these cakes. What kind of pan did you use? My sister always used a cast iron skillet. The pineapples were always brown and a little caramelized. The rest of the family used a glad baking pan. Here is a recipe if you are interested for next time.

I used my copper cake pan. It doesn’t matter to much if they are golden or not as long as the rest of the cake is good. All I did was fallow the box mix instructions

How would it be upside down. It’s a picture of the cake it’s only one direction and it’s with the pineapple upside down that’s why it’s called and upside down cake!

@marguicha you mix in what the box tells you two. Which said 2 eggs, water and oil. What other things it had other then then flour they gave me I don’t know if don’t look in further
