Was a good day

Most of the day was good. It wasn't till about 8pm that my tummy started to get sick. I took my meds hoping that it will calm my stomach. It didn't last long. within the hour, I was visiting the porcelain God. :'( By the 4th round, my head started hurting, by this point, I felt every thing had come up. I laid in a hot tub to try to get the muscles to relax.
