Are you having difficulty posting?

My pictures are posting to different conversations. I tried posting to one topic, the picture didn't show. But the next topic I posted on, the picture was there! The post count is not updating either. Im stuck at 379, and I know for a fact I posted about 5 more responses. Is anyone else having problems?

It is exactly the same way happening in my computer. Since I am not posting thematic picture (basket ball pic for basket ball response), any picture will do for any response. this is happening once in a hour or two.
