11 months without smoking

Today marks 11 months since my last cigarette. I smoked for 11 years. What’s amazing I don’t miss it very much, sometimes I do, but mostly I don’t. The first 2 weeks were surprisingly easy, the 3rd week was pretty hard. I’m amazed, with all that’s been going on, I don’t need another cigarette. I smoked for 11 years.

I eat, I keep eating. That seems to be the trend for smokers when they quit.

@Alexandoy mostly just headaches and cravings. I was also really irritated.
