Home schooling is my original plan

Regardless of the quarantine home school my daughter is my original plan for incoming grade 1. That is really my decision ever since so that I can guide my daughter more in terms of learning that it will be her highest value rather than having high grades. More so I don't want her to study in traditional way like she will just focus on books and listen to the lecture in classroom. Well if I have the opportunity and budget I also want to teach her in different places it can be in coffee shop, beaches or island, or any place that is also educational and I want to show her the real thing or experience it so that she can feel it. At times I could imagine as well that we are studying also in amusement park if there will be some lesson that is related to the motion, speed, gravity and so on. Because in the first place after schooling you will also guide your kid in assignment so almost the same then why not home schooling? Aside from that I don't really trust the education system here in the Philippines, yet we can't afford to send our daughter in progressive school that is credible. Even in some private schools their mentality is still traditional even if there are gadgets, technologies or the education system is leveling up. I don't also trust how they discipline the students in terms of studies, academics and their attitude inside the classroom if the teacher can still manage the bullies. Regardless of the level up of how the education system is there are still teachers who are having traditional attitude like would still stick on having good grades, teaching base only on books and won't give any concrete explanation, some are not creative and innovative in teaching, they would just talk so long, would just give loads of assignment and projects that at times you will not know the real concept and most of the time boring. Some are just having favoritism, power tripping, and the mentality that they want to be pleased by students. At times there are schools that they would let you feel the competition of academics instead of having teamwork about learning and cooperation. It just pisses me off when people are are insisting about socialization. My highest value is learning that socialization because in terms of that you can still do ways to socialize with different people. Well I myself have stigma in terms of having socialization in school. Instead of focusing to studies, you will be always thinking as well about your classmates and at times some of them will become your enemies, or may have too much conflict just because of the differences that you have. It is just easy to say to ignore them but then you cannot concentrate if you are having problems or major troubles to your classmates. How can you focus in studies in the first place? It is not that I am discouraging some students to attend in schools but my point is that is just part of my concern. Yet having too many students or classmates inside the classroom can also suffer learning. It is not about the more the merrier motto.

I would rather choose that since I am work at home mom rather than drop off and pick up then manage her schedule on waking up, eat and take a bath, it is just the same. I can still imagine that.

Homeschooling is not easy but oftentimes the effort is more than worth it!

I know it is not easy but then the effort of helping the kid in assignment it is just the same for homeschooling and I am sure of it. Because when I am teaching my kid I do a lot of effort to by explaining the concept or being concrete in teaching. I don't just teach in assignment just because it is her assignment. I want her to explain of what can be used for the real life situation. I am into visuals rather than focusing on books.
