Has Staying At Home Ruined Your Exercise?

Fortunately, I have always worked out at home indoors. I am afraid of dogs. I do not want to be seen working out. I like the comfort of having my own home as a "gym".
I like to do in-home walking. I like to pedal away on a fitness pedal exerciser.
A team member on Sparkpeople, a fitness and nutrition website where I am a team leader, suggested to me to use podrunner.com for music. The music really does get one pumped up. The website is free and accepts donations.
Don't belong to Sparkpeople.com? Why not join?
I can recommend some of my favorite workout gurus...
Leslie Sansone
Joyce Vedral
Richard Simmons
I simply get bored with them though, which is where podrunner.com comes in. I workout in front of a mirror. (another tip)
So, staying home to exercise is nothing new to me.
How about you?

@Spontaneo I have knee pain and this makes me avoid physical exercises. I used to exercise before.

Funnily enough I've just written a discussion on the problems I've had finding suitable replacement exercise routines for strength work while I'm stuck at home.
My exercise routine is unrecognisable from what it was pre-lockdown. I'm running more and started doing yoga. Let's see if it helps to loosen me up a bit. I have the flexibility of a steel girder!!

I am afraid to do yoga. I did yoga one time. I went to take a shower and almost fell asleep in the shower.

Has not being able to do your outside activities driven you nuts?

Yes it has. I prefer getting outside early in the morning.

I'm a loner, this has been my entire life:) I like different people, but don't buddy up with everyone. Are you still writing for an income? I want to start, but don't know where to begin.
