Having House Helpers nowadays especially in the Philippines

There are big advantages of having the in house helpers who would do their job in house hold. They will be the people who would help you to do the other chores that you can no longer manage because you are too busy in your profession or job. But there are still different kinds of house helpers especially in the Philippines. It is rare to find a house helper now that is trustworthy, responsible, obedient, humble, know the value of discretion, have mental discipline, proper behavior and other more good traits that should be concern or important for having the house helper. Nowadays most of the house helpers are abusive, the one who will take advantage of the situation, gossiper, intruder to the family issues that she is not even involve that is why it makes the situation worst instead of resolving the issues, at times some of them are even scammers, theft and other more bad traits that are alarming for the employers. This is the reason now that I no longer want to attempt of having house helpers, I would rather want to work at home do the chores and guiding our kid rather than I would assign this to someone else then you are not sure of what is going to happen. We have been there already for having different helpers who are attitude problem and some of them are even war freak that they always want to pick a fight when it is just a big waste of time. Some of them are so much demanding about the salary increase but they only want to do few jobs but then they keep on complaining that they don't want to much command from their employers. Some of them are irresponsible enough that they keep on texting or focusing on their cellphones but then again they would demand salary increase. I would rather challenge myself to do the chores that at least I won't be paying someone else rather that having someone to pay but a big headache nowadays. They are always ranting themselves or having self esteem issues just because they always think that people treat them that they are just house helpers but they are the ones who are doing ways to treat them differently. They are having self pity and feeling discriminated that is why they entitled themselves much in terms of fighting other people. But at times you would see that they are being bossy to their co house helpers.
