Things that are just waste of time

There are a lot of things that are really a big waste of time to the extent that we suffer on our productivity, health, happiness and more other important things. One of the waste of time is too much hatred, fighting with other people that are not necessary at all even within the family members, addiction in games that suffer as well the important things to do and other more concerns. I don't know what others can benefit on it but then there are bad returns or even a bad karma to them. I've experienced already when one time I was grabbed into a situation that I am not involved at all, it was waste of my time and energy so chances are I wasn't able to work well just because a person is ranting much about the past and having hatred to another person. I am totally suffering on that so at times I cannot concentrate on what I am doing. I don't want that to happen all over again. Another waste of time are the people who are not direct to the point when talking too much, at times you only have simple question but then they will yell at you then will explain the unnecessary topic. At times they will just feel smart while they are covering up about their mess.
