I made my own Long-Si-Log Breakfasst

My and kids slept at my in-laws last night. So I'm alone here today. I got some leftover rice in the fridge, so I decided to make my own long-si-log for my breakfast. Long-si-log (for the non-Filipinos out there) is short for Longanisa (or skinless chorizo), Sinangag (Fried rice) and itlog (egg, fried). I almost messed my fried eggs though. I've been trying to make a 'perfect' sunny-side-up fried egg, but I just can't get it right yet. I think the rice that I made is good enough for two persons. Now I'm so full. Have a nice day everyone.

Wow long si log. I miss longanisa... For a perfect sunny side up, cook it in a very very low fire.. Hihihi Cook it slowly but surely.. hihi I prefer sunny side down though.. Have a nice day too!

Plain rice would be good as well. But as I mentioned, I had some leftover rice so I fried it. :D

Mmm, sounds delish! I bought them by mistake and got them in my freezer. Now I got another recipe to try, thanks.
