I finished reading Mary Poppins Opens the Door by P. L. Travers. There are eight Mary Poppins books. In this book, The Banks children are being rowdy and Mr. Banks go to work with two colored shoes on his feet. The kids wish Mary Poppins would come back. She does in a rocket. The adventures Michael and Jane have is riding on a peppermint horse, going under the sea for a garden party, a dance in the park with storybook characters, and meeting one of Mary's cousins. Mary Poppins opens a secret door and leaves the Banks residence again. I did like this book. Now I'm listening to The Malta Exchange by Steve Berry.
