I miss thrift shopping! / myLot

Anyone else? I would find some AMAZING deals on clothes at thrift stores, and my wardrobe would be constantly rotating, it seemed like, with new tops and pants and all of it, mostly thanks to my couple-times-a-month Goodwill thrift store visits. Same with books. I would always find great books for super cheap at thrift stores, and so my sister's Little Free Library would be almost constantly stocked as I bought these second-hand books, read them, and then put them into the Little Free Library. (If you have never heard of the LFL, Google it - it's a very cool concept with gaining popularity). I used to occasionally sell a "lot" of clothes on eBay for cheap (like, "LOT OF 10 SIZE LARGE WOMENS TOPS" and that sort of thing, but I haven't shopped on there in a long time. Plus I abhor paying for shipping, and also not being able to try things on. But I miss the excitement of buying "new to me" clothes, or even the excitement of BUYING something besides groceries, hand sanitizer, and face masks. How are you thrifters doing out there? Are you managing to get your "thrifting fix"?

Are stores open where you are at? I love thrifting also. You find some really good delas.

Yeah, I miss going to a thrift shop. But they are close now since they are not the approved stores to operate during these times.

I am missing just browsing sales in general. I have stopped at a couple little free libraries though to pick up and donate books.

I get ebooks and autobooks for free through my library. I had to buy a pack of vacuum belts on ebay a few days ago. But no clothes, etc. Before the virus hit, I bought two skirts on Poshmark for my birthday. But I'm not really a thrifter.
