Japanese meal from Nijiya Market in San Joses Japantown

Nijiya Market is in Japantown on Jackson Street in San Jose. San Jose They have lots of great Japanese groceries. Here is a lunch I got from their deli section. It is a comp!eye meal with rice , meat t vegetables. It is quite good. There is salmon ,karrage pork and tempura. There is a vegetable croquette, brocolli, rice and pickled vegetables. There is a pickled plum on the rice. Karrage is pork fried with panko. Salmon is a rich tasting fish with plonk of orange Inkmeat.
