Hey everyone. I hope you are all safe and well. I have been very busy, but have had time out to be mindful throughout my days. After I went for a mindful walk, I put together a poem for my website (address is in profile), which is law of attraction and mindfulness-based. I thought I would share this poem I wrote with you all, and if you want to read more, you can always hop on to the site and have a browse. Hope you enjoy the poem either way. Please take care, stay safe and well everyone... A Mindful Poem about a Mindful Walk... The sky was blue, and there was the sun Fresh air and exercise sounded fun So off I went for a stroll around the streets,  Getting smiles and nods from people I meet Keeping 2 meters away, we could share the path, It was nice to see people still having a laugh As we walked to each other then danced side to side In England, our pavements are really not wide I walked near the beach and smelled the sea air For the time of year, the streets were bare People doing as asked and staying indoors I was having my daily exercise of course Being told you can only go out once a day Children not being able to go out and play It was quiet but nice as I walked up the hill It was lovely to see the flowers in bloom still We may be on lockdown but nature doesn’t know The trees and the flowers continue to grow The colours aplenty, yellows, reds, pinks and blue Tulips, daffodils and others too Beautiful to look at and smells galore Hitting the senses like never before They looked so bright and smelled so good So, I took a moment because I could I carried on walking and chose where to go I followed my instincts, and what a great show As I walked up a road, the windows bought cheer I’ve never seen rainbows so gorgeous or near Drawn by our children, as bright as can be There big to make sure that everyone can see When I saw them, they really made me smile Those children had really gone that extra mile I started to head back towards my place A cool breeze feeling tingly as it blew in my face Walking up a road, that I didn’t know Calm with my inner being, going with my flow As I looked in front of me, I spied a lovely view This was a golden gem that I never knew There in the distance, the hills rolled up high With trees and their branches touching the sky I was stunned by the beauty but then what caught my eye? A formation of birds flying high in the sky The flock went past, and I walked  away My mindfulness walk was the best part of my day!  thank you for reading :)
