Who here would like to be my exercise buddy at least until we can go to the gym but maybe beyond?

I thought since we can't go to gym right now we can virtually buddy together and do what we can and what we know if different exercises were can do in our own homes. Then after exercising a little or a lot we can write about it much like Valerie keeps us informed on her progress.
Just wait until after you've done what you intend to do in the way of exercise that will keep all of us honest especially when we forget to follow through on out intentions.
We can tag our discussions 'mylot exercise buddyies' under your discussion or on a comment you made if you like although that tag doesn't work quite like it should. And then any participating will have an easier way if finding others doing a similar thing.
I did three today, two after I got up but I laid back in the bed to do them since I can't easily get up and down from the floor and the third was against the wall.
Last week when I was in the entrance counting customers it was rather tiring so I began doing an exercise which I hope to keep up. I think it's the one in the final picture here. Lean against a wall and lower your knees to improve muscle tone but don't overdo it. It should strengthen your quads. I'm hoping with my new knees to squat one day but maybe I'm too old for that one.
The first two just show my legs. In the forest one I think, if my legs looking closer I pulled my legs to my chest at a count of thirty and lifted my head off the bed too in a sort of tummy crunch but it also stretched my thighs. The second one has me doing what I think is called a bridge and there are variations of you've done these before or need something more.
You pick your butt off the surface your laying on and count. Keep your tummy tucked in and your head stays down on the surface.
I took a pic of the third but didn't do them today so will try to share that and another one or two next time and take some type of pic of each one as I go. I have exercises memorized that I got from my mom from when she had her hips replaced and I can do the ones for knee replacement too. These will benefit anyone needing both his and knees done.
I heard the bike shop opened, so I may make an appt to see if my tires are flat or if I need new ones before trying to ride.
Anyone want to join me as much as you can and be my mylot exercise buddies?

I keep posting about my daily exercises or yoga. But generally it's one or two lines in between the posts with few other things to talk about . I would try to join you and be your exercise buddy.

I don't know that I'll ever be running up and down if I can get back to going up or down without hanging on that would be great

That's great Paige. I've not done anything more since this morning. Also I shouldn't do the same ones day after day so maybe I can begin the hip exercises tomorrow I got from my mom. It has to be warm in the bedroom though otherwise I'll want the blanket over me. I wear sweats but am always cold until I'm not.
I'm not sure how easy it will be too explain them or get an image I may needed to find them online and point out the ones I end up doing.

I have a lot to do and not sure whether I'll get my bike down to the bike shop yet. Next week we may behind some windows outside anyway.
