Made them with Bisquick this time...

I had pancakes again for dinner tonight. This time though I "cheated" and used Bisquick instead of making them from scratch. Also, as was suggested on the box, I put a glob of peanut butter in the batter (okay, the suggestion on the box didn't say "glob" but..). Unlike with the "scratch" made ones, I have some left over for snacking on tomorrow. Done that since I was a kid--eaten leftover pancakes. I remember asking Mom to make lots of extra. Anyway, that was my exciting (not to mention gourmet) dinner tonight.
